Nathan is a lawyer at Cheadles LLP and practices with the firm’s litigation team. His practice includes contractual disputes, labour and employment law, Construction Act litigation & adjudication, defamation, and general civil and commercial litigation.
While in law school, Nathan was heavily involved in mooting competitions. He was an intramural moot winner, represented the law faculty at the OTLA Cup, had the distinction of winning the prestigious Arnup Cup, and participated in the Sopinka Cup. When Nathan and his teammates placed first in the province-wide Arnup Cup moot, they became the first Lakehead University law students to ever win a major mooting competition.
Prior to pursuing law and while completing an undergraduate degree and an MBA, Nathan played varsity basketball for Lakehead University. He and his teammates were Provincial Champions in 2011 and National Finalists in 2013.
When not practicing law, Nathan enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with his family and friends.
