Joshua Sinoway joined Cheadles LLP as a summer student in May 2019 after completing his second year of law school at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and will complete his Integrated Practice Curriculum placement at the firm in the winter of 2020.
Joshua holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Learning from Lakehead University. In 2015 he received the “Honouring Our Men” award from the National Aboriginal Day Committee and contributed to the “Walk a Mile” film project. His main areas of interest include: Aboriginal Law, Civil Litigation, and Constitutional Law.
Joshua is a member of Whitesand First Nation but was born, raised, and educated in Thunder Bay. He is eager to become a member of the local bar and serve both the city and his community.
